EDSC Masters and Seniors Meet incorporating the KCASA Masters Long Distance Championships

 PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION BELOW BEFORE COMPLETING AN ORDER

INDIVIDUAL ONLINE ENTRY PREPARATION:

1. ELIGIBILITY: This form is for swimmers aged 18 and over from clubs that are not submitting a team entry of 5 or more swimmers. Erith swimmers must login and enter using SwimClub Manager; DO NOT USE THIS PAGE TO ENTER;
2. MEET INFO: For full meet info, including 800m and 1500m qualification times (QT's), conditions, list of events, indicative warm-up/session start times. All 200m, 400m, 800m and 1500m events are also Kent County Masters Long Distance Championship events for those swimmers affiliated to County clubs;
3. BRITISH SWIMMING REGISTRATION NUMBER: UK swimmers must know this to enter. UK swimmers not registered with a Club can use the Swim England Temporary Membership scheme, see: Swim England Temporary Membership - Swim England Membership (swimming.org) for details. Non-UK swimmers do not require this and can enter 'N/A' in the appropriate field;
4. ENTRY TIMES: Enter previous best times for the events to be entered. Leaving the entry time set at 00:00.00 will result in a 'No Time' entry if there is no lower QT for that event, otherwise your entry will be rejected.

HOW TO ENTER:

1. Click the checkbox to the left for all events you wish to enter;
2. Set your previous best time in each of the events you wish to enter (MM:SS.MS). Entries received that do not comply with the QT’s are unlikely to be refunded;
3. Click the 'ADD SELECTED EVENT(S)' button at the bottom of this page - you will be taken to the EDSC Meet Entry shopping cart;
4. Click ‘Continue Shopping’ to return to this page & add more events or ‘Check out with PayPal’ & follow the instructions from there

PLEASE NOTE:

• Once closed, no further entries are permitted - please do not email asking to enter;
• If you are entering more than one swimmer please complete your order for one swimmer at a time;
• There is an additional fee of 50p per swimmer to cover the cost of using PayPal;
• You do not need a PayPal account to enter - credit and debit cards are accepted as part of the payment process;
• Results will be sent to Swim England and will appear typically within 2 working days after the meet - check HERE and/or HERE before contacting us;
